VMD Issue

I am having an issue with my VMD. When I first installed it, I was able to open the program and everything worked fine and it interfaced with my table perfectly. Now, for whatever reason, I am not able to open the VMD program on my computer (which is running windows 10). I'm not sure if my computer installed some sort of update the last time I shut it down and that may be the issue? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and made sure whatever firewall I had was disabled. I have also tried running the program as the administrator but it still does not come up.

Anyone have any ideas on what the issue could be? I appreciate the help.

FYI I called Torchmate tech support and they helped me with the issue. Apparently during the last Windows update my computer installed, the .NET Framework 3.5 feature was turned off. Turned it on and everything is working perfect.
