Platemarker

I recently installed a platemarker on my 4800 table. Everything works, but when I run a program for the marker it moves the metal every time. I have tried different feed rates and currently, I tried it on 3/16 metal and it was a 4x4 sheet.
Any advise to what I am doing wrong?

This is a common setting mishap. Our tech guys will get it working perfectly.
