I saw this design cut out of plywood on a CNC router machine that was held together with zip ties, so we decided to make our very own design that could be held together with tack welds. Feel free to download the files below and make one of your very own! Post the pictures in this thread so that we can see how you did it.

Before we finished the cut we made a much smaller prototype to confirm the size of the slots and to make sure that our hypothesized design would actually turn out. We did not tack weld this design together because it could also be used to make designs for coffee tables, end tables, and many other styles of bookshelves.
