Plasma Machine wont arc

I just got my 4x4 growth series table with accumove 2 and a hyerpertherm 65. Trying to do my first active run, the line speed test. The torch goes down and ohmic is detected (break away is connected) and goes back up 1/2 inch or so and stops. It doesn't try to even fire the plasma cutter however you do hear a relay click once in the plasma cutter and when you hit the stop button it clicks again. Help!!!

When it goes down to the material and detects, watch the display screen on the Hypertherm unit to see if it gives you some number code in form #-##.
If the light for Tool 1 in the VMD turns on after detection then the Accumove is sending the signal to fire and we want to look at the CNC interface connection and the plasma unit itself to see what would be preventing it from firing.

Called torchmate tech support and found that it was the plasma machine causing the issue. Thank u Daniel for the help. So then called hypertherm and found that wires were not plugged in and we r now up and running

Somehow during shipment the wires came unplugged on the circuit board.
