growth series table height control

Im having trouble with the height controller. i had the Ohmic cap turned off and the height is manual. Im trying to get the height controller back up but the torch head keeps wanting to bury it self into the material and it goes and jogs itself on the material or breaks the break aways off. we got a new VFC but Im still having the same problem. we even tried to hook up a different Acumove 2 to it and its doing the same thing no matter what. then once and a while it will tell me that my feed rate is wrong or has an error and the program will stop working all together. when i try to move the gantry at all the it doesn't move and the datem wont set so i reboot it but then the machine says it wont connect. i end up having to turn everything off for about 5 minutes and then reboot it all and it will connect after several more minutes of the not connected screen.

In order for Height Control to work as designed you will need to turn Sample Voltage On, if you dont have an option for Sample Voltage then you would need to download and install the latest VMD software from our website, deleting the C:\torchmate controller data folder before installing the new version.
