Flexcut 80 on 4800 Table, Air will not shut off

Hey Guys-

Hoping someone has seen this before and knows the cause.

So the air stays coming out of torch. If I disconnect the air and plug back in it shuts off for a second and then turns back on. If I unscrew the retaining cap on the torch it shuts off and stays off, as soon as I tighten the retaining cap the air comes out again. Tried all different air pressures and doesn't change behavior. Thought maybe it was solenoid in flexcut but it is shutting it off and on just at the wrong times. Also tried different tips, caps and nozzles and acts the same.

Thoughts?

Hey guys, update for this one incase any of you happen to be a dumb as me.
Call support and he solved it in the first 30 seconds
He asked what my amperage was set to on the flexcut. I looked and I must have hit the dial by mistake. It was turned to 0 amps. I felt pretty stupid but turned the amps back up and boom she is back to perfect.
