Just came back from Kissimmee regional class.
I can tell you all in all I spent about $1800 on this class with shutting my shop down for two days , travel hotel .
It was worth every penny spent,.
I wish I would of learned this stuff 3 years ago when I bought my machine.
Ziggy God bless him, he has more patience than me when dealing with people man . He had a few that weren't paying attention and he had to repeat him self a lot. He started sounding like Rain man.
Ziggy is good peeps
The school that hosted the class was awesome the guys from the school Josh Lebeau and the bearded dude cant remember his name were great. They let me loose on there X table and I got to play with it. I want one!
The new machines the 4400 and 4800 are really nice and have a lot of nice foofoo.
I also figured out in the past three years some of my issues with the Torchmate have been self induced and some are well , design flaws that need to be worked around.
One of the biggest issues with the Torchmate is Ohmic sensing they need to go to touch off sensing and a faster Height control.
My machine is up for sale because I need to move up to a 5x10. I wish I could keep it because I have it running nice now. But my shop work has shifted to more contracts that require a bigger capacity. If any one is interested in a 4x4 water table with height control message me and I can send pics.
Fantastic to hear! We will be sure to let Iggy know that you enjoyed the class!
