Is there a class running in June or July? As a teacher it is tough to get out to a session during the school year.

Here is a link to the dates.

We do get cancellations so pay attention and if you are flexible you can jump in. Usually 1-2 weeks prior is when everyone communicates to me they are not going to show. This weeks class I have two spots open... but its tomorrow.

Ok so classes are full through October. I'll start to post when I get a cancel so they can stay full... oh and they are 3-days worth instead of 2. Get some! http://torchmate.com/seminars

Chad did a great job teaching the class. I took the class just to find out if this was a software & expense for the table that I wanted to invest in. I learned a lot but honestly I think I forgot a lot once I got my table several months later.
Chad has also made videos of the things we did in class but absolutely one should go out to Reno. I’m scheduling the on-site class to go over everything with my set up.

Question regarding the email I received today . It seems like the Reno training course now costs 400 dollars? Because we have bought machines, do we get vouchers to these courses? I was told these were free , and I’m quite confused .

Also, I was on hold for tech support this evening for 8 minutes only to be brought to a voicemail that stated it was not often checked ... this is a bit concerning seeing I was under the influence these machines were backed with the best tech support around . Should we be concerned with the direction this is going ?

Reach out to your sales person please. They will give you info on your training course options. Going forward the class will be $400 but if you recently purchased a machine there are options for you.

Support is here for you all day today, I will check on the voicemail you got sent to.

Mike, if you are already booked without paying the fees, you are all set. You will not be asked for payment when you show up. I hope this helps!

Just came back from Kissimmee regional class.

I can tell you all in all I spent about $1800 on this class with shutting my shop down for two days , travel hotel .

It was worth every penny spent,.
I wish I would of learned this stuff 3 years ago when I bought my machine.
Ziggy God bless him, he has more patience than me when dealing with people man . He had a few that weren't paying attention and he had to repeat him self a lot. He started sounding like Rain man.

    Ziggy is good peeps :)

The school that hosted the class was awesome the guys from the school Josh Lebeau and the bearded dude cant remember his name were great. They let me loose on there X table and I got to play with it. I want one!
The new machines the 4400 and 4800 are really nice and have a lot of nice foofoo.

I also figured out in the past three years some of my issues with the Torchmate have been self induced and some are well , design flaws that need to be worked around.

One of the biggest issues with the Torchmate is Ohmic sensing they need to go to touch off sensing and a faster Height control.

My machine is up for sale because I need to move up to a 5x10. I wish I could keep it because I have it running nice now. But my shop work has shifted to more contracts that require a bigger capacity.
