How to use the Platemarker

I have a Torchmate Table X 6 X 14 with Flexcut 125 and controlled with the Accumove 3 controller. I have the plate marker attachment and would like to start using it. Is there any videos on its use. I have watch the Torchmate one, but that isn't very long and they go through it pretty quick. We are a small company and don't have the time to get me out to the Training Center for some hands on training. I have been doing quite of bit of cutting with it and getting use to the machine. I notice a lot of the books settings don't work for my machine, I have to slow things done quite a bit to cut. That is why I am very slow to working with the Plate marker. I don't want to screw anything up. I would like to get any help or information on its use as soon as I can. Thanks for any help given.
