Bobby posted above for me. To clarify. On smaller gauge materials we cut a finished hole on the table. On thicker materials like 3/16 and up we will cut the hole on the table and then simply run a construction reamer through the hole for a more precise fitment.

Thanks. How much do you under size your holes, if any?
 
If it is 1/8" or less we cut it to the actual size and will ream it out if necessary. On 3/16" or thicker we may under size it then ream it depending on how the part is used. i.e a shock mount where the hole needs to be tight against a bolt.
