Z and Y axis service

I have a torchmate 4510
Z axis squeeks as it moves up.

I don't see any place to grease or service it. And nothing in in the user manual.

Any service options?
Can the Y Axis linear rail bearings be greased or serviced?

I was told by support not to grease the torch lift due to the smoke and sparks that will stick to the lube. I would try some dry graphite powder used for locks. My 4400 has grease fittings for the rails under the side covers. They recommended Mobilith grease.
