we have a 4800 and have had it since new in august. It will cut a pattern or file just fine , then will not cut the whole pattern or file the very next time. No changes were made . This machine is not productive and we have lost money already due to it ruining designs. Im going out of my mind cause it never shows any error. it will just simply not cut or stop cutting or it will just fail to do anything at all. Please help. the controller is part number bk1250-200000 and serial number is F24610618. its an ACCUMOVE 2

I would imagine you would want to know why the plasma cuter is shutting off, sounds like that is your problem. If you are cutting thin gauge material reduce the Pierce Delay and or Amperage on the plasma cutter, matching the consumables with the Amperage. For example cutting thin gauge material using 40 amp consumables it is ok to drop the Amperage on plasma to 30 to reduce the size of pierce hole. It is also important that Sample Voltage is turned on.
