This is a small belt grinder I made some time ago. Originally it had two belts, but the motor didn't have enough power to turn them, so I converted it to a single belt. I chose this size belt because there is a very wide variety of grits available. The table is adjustable and there is a platen behind the belt. The wheels were turned up from Delrin, the top wheel have bearings either side. Tracking is adjusted via the knurled knob next to the top wheel. Yes, I know the belt is on the wrong way.
