Roll form steel supply

I have been looking for a small supply of roll formed steel to use on converting a bus into a motor home. Back when I was in high school the called it cold rolled. I haven't used the stuff for 40 years now the people at the steel yards look at me like I am asking for moon rocks. the structural angle and channel is too heavy to use and wont fit with what the bus is made out of. It is a 2008 Champion 25 footer on an F450 chassis. What I need to know is who supplies standard roll formed steel, or if I am searching for the wrong thing (is it called something else now)?

Understand I am no expert but "Roll formed steel" is more of a process then a product.
I would say go HERE see if you can find what you need then find someone near you that sells it. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion, what they sell is the hot rolled or structural steel. The legs of the channel and angle iron have tapered cross sections, what I am looking for is angle and channel that have a consistent cross section, like a rectangular tube with one or two sides removed. The bus I am working on has a bunch of 2 x 2, 1.5 x 1.5, 1.5 x .75 channel and 1.5 x.1.5 angle all about 0.080 thick used for the framing. I have also seen it used in steel buildings (the pole barn type), but no one seems to know where it comes from. If I can’t source the stuff my only recourse will be to rip (a wood working term) some square tubing into channel, an effort I want to avoid if possible.

you want architectural , not structural the latter has what they call a web joining the two,.much stronger

Thanks I had not tried "architectural". I did a google search and the only people that supply it in mild steel seem to want to make it. I need a couple of lengths of 1-1/2",2", & 3" channel and about 3 lengths of 2" angle all 0.060-0.080 thickness. Does any one know where I can source the standard sizes without having then custom made? I am near Portland (Mud city) Oregon. TIA JH.
