Pleasse Help ..LC105M Torch

I have a Torchmate 4800 with a Flexcut 80 With a LC105M Torch Head .. I went to change out the electrode and it was "stuck" and wouldn't unscrew. I finally got it out but after replacing all the consumables the torch will not fire. Air comes on but it will not fire. Please help..

If you are getting AIR but no spark, then there is something wrong with the electrode portion of the torch. Make sure that the electrode is screwed all the way in. Also verify that you are not getting a error on the plasma. I would recommend calling into tech and get more information regarding that issue you are having.
