Magnetic breakaway strength

Is there a way to adjust the magnetic strength on the accumove breakaway? Occasionally, when the torch senses the plate, it "opens" the breakaway inputs and won't run the file. The breakaway strength seems super weak, I would assume there is a way to adjust the strength.

Adjust the magnet out so it sits closer to the torch clamp(magnet has a stronger bond the closer it gets)

Yes it is adjustable,pull the torch off the assembly, on the part that is attached to the lifter station you will see the magnet and there is a center allen screw that secures the magnet. Take the backing plate off, 4 allen screws, on the back side behind the magnet are 3 additional adjusting screws that act as a standoff. If you want to adjust the magnet out, loosen the center allen screw and then tighten the 3 allen screws on the back side evenly, then gently snug the center allen screw, vice versa if you want to adjust the magnet in. Ideally you want to adjust the spacing of the magnet to the point that it just touches the round disc that the torch is mounted to.

Ok thanks for that. Im having issues with the breakaway being tripped during ohmic sensing.

Another question - What is the best way to square the torch to the material? I can't seem to get enough adjustment in the mounting bolts on the lifter station. I Can't seem to get it 90 degrees to the material
