i saw a video for a plasma table from a company called "Delusional Designs"
his table is cool and all but im too happy with lincoln to even consider switching.

Im more concerned with the sweet stuff 90° laser he has attached for plate alignment.
Even more interested if there is a green version.

his website is still in planning as he is a freshly starting business so there isnt a whole lot there.

any help is greatly appreciated.

The AM box kicks a 24v out.

So you building something with a 24v diode will work

This is what I did for laser crosshairs. It's a modified drill press laser. Although the unit in your ebay link looks like it would work well.

im not finding anything about a green version of the wixey laser though boss man is blind he wants one he can see clearly.

The red is pretty bright. I don't know how it compares to green however. I was thinking on that one you are looking at - does that one have 2 beam planes to make the cross or just a focused cross beam? Unless I am mistaken if it is just a focused cross then you will have a parallax issue and height will change the cross position. Something to maybe look into. I guess you could always mount it so it shoots straight down then configure a tool offset, but not sure if that would be practical or not?

it says something about a 120° lines. shows pic of a someone lining up ceiling tiles with it. i totally get what you mean and am kinda worried about it now lol. but f its being accurately used like it is in the pic it shouldnt have any problem shooting 8" on my table..... right?

Shouldn't have any issues. just need to it set your program zero is all.
