Changing the "lead in" and "lead out" locations

how do i change where the tool path leads in and out? is it just breaking and making the paths? and im having an issue of the machine trying to make a cut from the corner of the workpiece to the first lead in. any insight besides "read the manual" or "watch the videos" (which arent addressing my issue)

AND whats up with the txt and graphics package thing? do i have to pay for it or is there somewhere i can download it?

There are a few ways to change the lead in location.

1. In the LEAD-IN/OUT DIALOG when generating the tool path. Pressing ADJUST START POINT and selecting the ORIGIN will will put the lead in toward the origin point selected. Personally I use the MIDDLE OF LONGEST SEGMENT to get the lead ins out of the corners.



2. Double Click the tool path to get into NODE EDIT and use the lead in/out tool.



Then you would just LEFT CLICK on where you want the lead in goes.

sweet thx. how about that package? im having issues trying to do a single line font. (im not buying fonts lol) unless that package from tm has what i need. ill buy that.
