I always seem to struggle cutting 24 ga I run her in manual with the water right up to the steel and that usually gives me the least amount of cut loss errors. I will check my notes and play with speed a bit but run book numbers for the rest. I have several hundred parts to cut out all the same and was looking for any advice. I'm running a 4400 accumove 2 flexcut80 precision cut consumables

Thanks

Run it balls to the wall with the least amount of amperage. Cut Loss message is referring to plasma losing the cut due to piece dropping out before motion stops, to alleviate this Login as Admin go to Machine Settings, on Inputs tab change Aux 1 to User.

Fixed the "Loss Cut" problem. The fine folks at Lincoln (Chad) helped me walk through it. He even emailed me on Sunday!
