Tracking # 1Z0A862F0347699067, no instructions needed. It comes with an extra cable coming out of the side of the box, plug this into the back of the Accumove controller.
ok so the box came today. im getting talked off because someone in the process asked roger for his cc info and we were under the assumption there wouldnt be a charge. was hoping we could clear that up. and i already have that box and its wired in. however im havimg problems with the AVHS. what are the chances the box i have is bad?
first off i appreciate the help. i know its a headache. you guys are helping alot. its working at about 90% now. just a few hiccups. i ran a job today and got it done but theres a few things i need to get sorted out. 1. if i put it in the corner corner (when the lines change color), it tells me "no object to cut" or doesnt cut whatever line is touching the border. so i just space it a little no biggie. (not worried about that rn.)
2. after datum and program zero, it sees the orientation of the table incorrectly. i tried cutting something that was clearly withing the table (and workpiece) perameters but it stopped the cut because it believed it was going too far.
3. its still trying to make a cut from the corner of the piece to the first cut lead in. (its not part of the cad design in any way, i checked for the g code you were talking about and it was all there and seems in order.)
4. its still mirroring everything. (i tried switching the plug as you suggested and it started moving both axes at the same time.)
5. this thing cannot cut a diagonal straight line to save its life. i brushed and blew out the tracks, didnt help at all. if there was any way someone could post a few pix of where the gear meets the track on the gantry (i see a weld and i dont think its supposed to be there) and in a box i have some spare rod bushings for some reason but mine are able to pop right out (they havent yet but i can with my finger.) idk if thats something. could a bend in the gears "axle bar?" cause it? or since it was welded could the "axle" be off center in the "axle housing" cause it?
6. its not calculating kerf properly. i set the cut path and all thats good. but the final product the hole was a bit undersized because of the kerf angle. i used a da grinder to flatten out the "bevel" but i wish to not have to do that.
7. with the "wrong perameter" thing, say its movin along making a cut then it came across a line that was already cut (everything was off i was making it work) it just dives and pushes the gantry up. avhc is operating ok as far as i can tell, (havent tried anything serious, just refering to warp adjusting)
on a seperate note, i downloaded tm cad cam 9 on my laptop so i dont have to sit out in the shop to design stuff. works fine no complaints there. however when i save it on my laptop i can only save as .fdcg (something like that). i have to go out to the computer on the machine to switch it to .gm. did i download the wrong version of tm cad cam or something? both computers have 9.
Thank you for your patience.
