First build that we will have ever done this with, the thought of showing all the work scares me a little...

I've attached the rendering, with the help of out new 4800 table we will be able to ditch the tubes and ramps for a cleaner system.

The build will debut at the BDS booth at Sema and will feature alot of the companies we work with launching a new lifestyle line with Scosche.

After sitting down and seeing what is possible with the 4800 we went the route of not loosing all the function of the bed and having removable ramps for the CanAm

The front ramps are on tear drop or weld hinges so they are easily removable

The rear ramps are bolted on to an extension we welded onto the rear of the bed. 6- 9/16 bolts keep you secure with plenty of tie down points

One of the main reasons we went this route was because this bed will haul your utv almost 3' lower than putting it on a traditional bed and ramps.

Sorry for the tardiness these builds are taking up all my time!

Here's some more status updates

The Denali has the new BDS coilover lift and the bed is installed we will be testing out the can am as well

We are starting the work on that build as well!

Some more updates a few weeks from SEMA and the DENALI is now on 40" tires!!!

We needed to cut the openings on the utility bed from Knapheide because it only fits a 35" tire go figureIMG_3484[1].JPG

After that was done we were onto trying the load of the CanAm on the Bed!

The ramps are 6' long and have a pretty good approach angle the Can Am has a winch mounted to it so it pulls itself onto the truck

All good now to install 40" tires!

Installing 40" tires is no easy task on a GM product with 6" of lift fabbiong up new body mounts for the amp steps and moving the DEF tank back 3" was the trick in the end
