Not cutting correctly, it seems like everything is scaled down. speed is slower as well the parts are scaled down from original size .....

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? When I am jogging or running a program, the values on the x/y coordinates are way higher than the controller is moving the actual table. It is almost like the table is moving at about 40% of the speed required. Thoughts? Thanks, Dan

the vertical side just sits on the bottom of the table and the horizontal piece just fits between the slats snuggly so they dont tip over.

they are in all the time. I'm sure I will have to replace them at some point when they rust out.

I put one of my spare pieces on top of some plate I was cutting. You can see the expanded metal under the water. It works well and catches most stuff. Thoughts ? Can I improve on this ?

How can I change where the plasma will start the cut once a toolpath has been created? When I have tried to change where it starts, I loose the ability to create a dxf from an edu file when I want to export the file.
