i saw in the video a 3d drawing of the parts what software are you using we re trying to develop some parts and would like to have the part put together in the software to see fitment is there something you recommend or can you upgrade to a high version of cadcam ablecncfab@gmail.com

I have a file for it I got off ebay it took a long time to get everything to work properly and even then you have to clean the holes up

i recently installed the lc 100 on my flex cut 80 the book gives me some ipm numbers of 350 on 16 guage I am currently running 200 ipm @40 amp slack is terrible but the machine acts like it cant keep up with the g code any faster than that is anyone else having issues with the new lc100...

had anyone had any good luck with the lc100 on 16 g mild steel I am not making any head way on settings to get rid of some of the slag on the back with my old trch I ran 90-100 ipm and the slag would fall off this stuff is not wanting to be removed

when plasma cutting holes what type of drill bit is there that can drill threw the temper part I jus burn bits up

3/8 cut quality I have the flex cut 80 looking to see what numbers and speeds everyone is running on 3/8 plate I am trying to get flat edges and better holes. I have no good numbers set in stone I am just asking what you think

after cutting material the metal is tempered is there a way to reverse that so you can run a counter sink bit in there
