VMD error

I'm running a job and the torch stops and this pops up

and this is what the g-code is showing

I try to do the run from here and doesn't work. Tried rerunning in dry mode till right before the same spot switched to active run same thing pops up. tried running dry gets to same spot same thing happens.

When in doubt reload configuration, Login as Admin go to Machine Settings then Load Configuration, choose your config and leave all check boxes un-checked, click on the name to highlight and press Ok then press Factory Reset. Close the VMD and reopen the VMD software, see if that fixes the issue. If no then try Firmware Update go to Machine Settings then Advanced Tab, follow instructions for updating firmware.

Ended up redrawing to a different cut file. got it cut other than some problems with consumables. If it happens again i'll try what you suggested. Thanks.
