using tm cad with tablet

Im am trying to use tm cad 9 with my dell 2 in 1 laptop in tablet mode . how do you get the virtual keyboard up...I am just seeing if I can do it

Usually a tablet will have a icon at the bottom right of the screen by the clock that shows a keyboard. Left click on that and it "should" pop up.

Same kinda ? , I have a new tablet and would like to download the cad program so I can practice on my lunch break. Can I transfer files to home computer that has the dongle Then proceed to cam??

Only if it is WINDOWS based tablet and you have the dongle inserted the TMCAD will run. But if it is an ANDROID or MAC tablet then no the TMCAD will not work as the TMCAD requires WINDOWS and a USB port to operate.
