Torch won't fire

So I was having intermittent issues I posted yesterday. I decided to try some new consumables and adjust some parameters and try again this morning. Ran program in dry mode, looked good. Started program in dry mode, switched to active where it stopped, torch touched, got Ohmic sensor light, raised and stopped, no fire. Reset and restarted the program in active mode, acts normal until torch should fire but just sits there, doesn't fire or move. Went into advanced tab and clicked relay on and off, I can hear it work. Any ideas?

I reset the Hypertherm and that fixed issue. Still crashed on last hole and I needed to run 3 times to get the part complete.

Sounds like an issue with the HT. If the torch comes down and doesnt fire check the face of the HT. If the orange light is on their is an error. Pending on the HT if it has a screen will give a 0-XX error on the face. Look in your manual for the codes. The machine will not move unless it gets the OK TO MOVE signal from the plasma after it completes the pierce. So if the plasma is in error state then will never fire or send that signal to tell the machine to work.
