TM CAD CAM 9 drawing issue

I am having a issue every time a draw an item or text. If a make a rectangle or text it always creates a boarder around the outside of the the lines. It really messes with the text and makes drawing a pain. I had one of my students working on my computer and she messed it up and I can't figure out what she did in order to fix it.
