Plate Alignment with Accumove 3

I was talking to a support rep about some issues with my table. I asked him about how to get my material square on the table. He told me about this feature in the Job Setup button on the VMD controller. He explained it a little. I wrote down what he told me. I am looking for a more written instruction, so I am able to share it with others who may end up working on the table. I am trying to document as much as I can that way I can let someone else handle the machine with me just doing the programming. I am from the world of lasers where you you are able to square to the table. We have a 6' x 14 Table X Water Table with the Lincoln Flexcut 125.

Put your plate on the table.

Move/Align the head to the LOWER LEFT CORNER of the material

Press ALIGN CORNER

Then jog the head to about 3/4 length of plate and align it to the left edge of the material.

Press ALIGN EDGE

The head will move back to the corner and rotate the job to that angle of the plate.

Every job that is loaded from that point will have that angle.

To clear just press ALIGN CORNER then ALIGN EDGE without moving the head.
