Hi Chad. I have the existing 2x4 Torchmate and the ground goes back to the Hypertherm unit. Would it be advisable to add a earth at the machine through the slab as well?

Looks like a nice upgrade from the 4x4 growth series table. The major changes that I'm seeing is a lot of shielding for the screws and rails. The first thing I noticed when I got my table was the lack of protection in these areas. Will the bellows from this new table fit the 4x4 growth gantry?

Larry, I would recommend a earth ground since it will help stabilize the voltage plus help get rid of the "gremlins" that sometime happen from time to time. Also will help with "disconnects"

We have been working on some different programing parameters that are turning out some amazing cut on .250" P&O at 70 IPM running 60 amp. We also have 14 GA cutting 245 IPM with great cut quality. 220 seems to be a little better on the 14 GA P&O.
