I have some friends that are building a house and they wanted some custom doors inside there, here is what I did for them.
I started out by using Torchmate CADs Scan and Trace Wizard function to import pictures from the internet. After a couple hours of editing and sizing to fit, these are the approved drawings from TMCAD.

After the drawings were approved, and double checking measurements, I put my 11ga onto our 5x10 TMX, here in Reno, with Accumove 2 and a Lincoln Flexcut 125. Cutting with 60 amp consumables at 160 ipm here is what came off the table.

After everything was cut out I took the door inserts to powder coating and got a dark gray put on.

These screens will be the center panel of the doors, with a tempered glass behind, and wood frame. Unfortunately the glass order was delayed and we are still waiting to finish the project, so stay tuned.
