importing file help

Was running windows 7 up until my laptop updated itself to windows 10 while unattended yesterday. My issue now is when I export from cad and import to torchmate 4, the file does not come in as it should. It comes in as a huge circle.
The issue appears when I rotate the part 180 degrees to fit my material then export. If I don't rotate and export it comes in normal. I've tried running the cad and driver programs under win 7 compatibility settings, but no joy..any help would be appreciated. I'll attach a photo of the screen after import of file no rotation and after rotation... thanks, Dave

Go back to Win 7
To access this, open the Start menu and select Settings. Click the “Update & security” icon and select “Recovery.” You should see a “Go back to Windows 7” or “Go back to Windows 8.1” option. Click the Get started button to get rid of your Windows 10 install and restore your previous Windowsinstall.

You can also try reinstalling the TM Cad software.
