So I'm pretty new to the wedding/Fabrication game and I recently just got a vocational placement through my college which is a requirement to get my qualification. The place I am at have asked me to make 5 - 3 tier plant support for the guy who owns the places wife (like the one in the picture on the right only there is a radius at the top where there's gonna be little decorative balls stuck on) however I'm struggling to keep the bars straight. The process is pretty simple in theory, put the radius end in jig and tack it relatively straight, put formed circle around the 4 rods, tack it, take off the jig and put the other 2 circles on. But I am struggling to keep the support straight, after i tack the first circle the bars are moving into the center and its looking like quite a mess when I get them all on. Can somebody give me some advice? I would much appreciate any help. Thanks!
