it doesnt do it always, but most of the time, when its done with a part and returns to program zero, i get the exceeded y axis error. doesnt affect anything because it only happens at the end. Had this problem before?
i would like to see your code/screenshot of it. Pending on when you get the error in the sequence could be a setting in the CAD causing the last movement to go somewhere the driver doesnt like.
Why are your coordinates in the negative towards the end of the gcode, the X value is negative. Everything should be in the positive from Zero on up, look at Layout > Material Size and be sure your Origin is in Bottom Left corner of the box. It could also be that you sheet is rotated, go to Job Setup in the VMD software and click Align Corner then Click Align Edge and see what that does with the gcode.
ok heres the most recent piece (the one i took the pics of the error) the machine doesnt seem to care what the piece is. and it only happens sometimes.
this one was bad like -88 or whatever. sometimes its only -.9 sometimes its -11.xxx.
could slight play in my gear to track meeting cause something like this?
Keep in mind when you are changing your machine bed size in the CAD verify that when you OUTPUT your code that the MACHINE LIMITS in MACHINE/MACHINING DEFAULTS SETUP screen reflect the changes.
