Error: limit exceeded in Z position

Hey ya'll, When running a job I keep getting
limit exceeded in Z position
I've tried rebooting the computer, power cycling the Accumove, resaving the file to a new file (just in case it is corrupt)

Does anyone know how to fix?' I'm sure I did something or am missing something. Thanks in advance!

This can be an indication of when initially Running the Job you will get this message, and the limit exceeded is the same as your Pierce Height. Meaning it detected ohmic as soon as it activated the Z axis, try unscrewing the Shield Cap a 1/8 turn, as sometimes you can get the shield cap on too tight, where there is not enough gap between the shield cap and the nozzle inside. Either that or you can have debris inside making contact between the nozzle and the shield cap.

If this is not the case then will need more info.
