I have Torchmate 4510 with a Flexcut 80 and was able to cut a sheet of 3/4" mild steel with the following settings. Thought I would share the results in hopes it will help someone else and maybe get some feedback.
Could be better and I will work on it as I can. There was a fair amount of slag, but knocked off easy without a grinder.
