4800 datum issues

i am trying to datum my 4800 and it will only do down towards the table until it cant go anymore
when I try to track the machine its only moving at 50ipm
if there anyone online today that can give me a shout 225-362-8800

Did this get resolved? Sounds like a config load/Factory reset needed to happen.

Check your input cables, on the back of the Accumove 2 of the 4 round cables check that the lower left one is fully seated.
