Has any one added Ohmic to a 30 A tip

    I'm wanting to add Ohmic sensing to my 30a tip. My machine works way better with Ohmic sensing in use.

    Make your own, very easy to do. If the nozzle protrudes past the shield you will need to make ohmic contact before the nozzle touches the material.

    Thanks for that info. I was looking for input on how others have done. Can I run a rod down so it touches the material at the same length as the tip?

    stainless hose clamp around torch cap end , trim end and attach terminal clip
