Looks to me like you made 2 tool paths? You probably have one on top another. Try re doing the original - make a duplicate- tool path male on the duplicate? Make sure you click on the "9" and not highlight everything (CTR-A) when you make a duplicate.
I had a similar problem and ultimately had to replace the mother board on the Accumove 2. Call the good folks at Torchmate and see if they can help you?
I may have a job next week cutting 3/16" diamond plate (steel) on my TM 4800. Any advise how to cut?? Should I have the diamond plate face down when cutting?
Great Job Arron and Iggy! I'm going try doing one out of stainless and in my neck of the woods, we have a flag on the right to let the mailman know we have mail to go out. I'll post pics when completed.
This worked for me,
While running is the AUTO. Make sure you are using Sample Voltage as this will monitor the voltage while it is running and adjust based on the feedback.
During cutting, verify that your voltage is stable. Also make sure your work ground is clamped to the material.
"Anyone have any luck cutting 24g? It pierces but no move signal."
I was having the same problem yesterday!?!? I would get some cuts but mostly pierces and no movement.
Could it be the material was heavily oiled and not receiving a good ground?
Fixed the "Loss Cut" problem. The fine folks at Lincoln (Chad) helped me walk through it. He even emailed me on Sunday!
Cut loss is a setting.
