If I make a part 4 inches it will cut out around 3. A sign at 20 Inches cuts out around 18. I'm pretty new to this , where are the kerf settings? Thanks for the reply.

Hello All, I am having a problem I can't figure out. I design a piece a specific size and the machine will cut it out smaller. I'm sure it must be a setting but I don't know where. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I am. I have been deleting the polyarc because it was making 2 cut paths. Maybe that could be the problem.

I size the part in Torchmate Cad and it cuts it out smaller. Basically resizes it. What am I missing? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Hoghead that worked for me. Why does the program put a double toolpath? Side note, I am also in KC and I have a close friend we call Hoghead ( He has a big head) :). He is a Royals fan like no one else.

Why does the cad program assign 2 toolpaths to the design and how do I delete one or stop it from doing so. The machine cuts the toolpath twice.
