Somehow during shipment the wires came unplugged on the circuit board.

Called torchmate tech support and found that it was the plasma machine causing the issue. Thank u Daniel for the help. So then called hypertherm and found that wires were not plugged in and we r now up and running:)

I just got my 4x4 growth series table with accumove 2 and a hyerpertherm 65. Trying to do my first active run, the line speed test. The torch goes down and ohmic is detected (break away is connected) and goes back up 1/2 inch or so and stops. It doesn't try to even fire the plasma cutter however...
