This thing was picked up with allthe factory coolers on it but little was done beyond the 5.9 swap it was about 70 percent conplete.
So heres some breakdown shots of how it looked before and after the new rad and intercoler was installed from Mishimoto

Anyone ever install King shocks on a JK well the rears are a Pain in the A$$ and hit damn near every track bar bracket on the axle side.
We made our own upper rear mounts and now our track bar mount doesn't hit our driver side shock
you'll need 2 tabs per mount
we cut the base out of 1/4"...
Some more updates a few weeks from SEMA and the DENALI is now on 40" tires!!!
We needed to cut the openings on the utility bed from Knapheide because it only fits a 35" tire go figure

Needing zero approach angle in moab or on any trail is always a a goal, plasma cutting 1/4" sheets down to a flat bumper is always a plus! being able to add in our own logo makes it that much more... behind that bumper we needed to install a 12k winch able to recover these heavy beast if needed...
heres a quick update on the Humvee build...
First thing we needed to do was remove the old cowl and get two brands in their that titled the build in support. Odyssey Battery and Bulletliner, when we started cutting the cowl the problem we found was the actual hole in the hood was not square

The Denali has the new BDS coilover lift and the bed is installed we will be testing out the can am as well
