    Z and Y axis service

I was told by support not to grease the torch lift due to the smoke and sparks that will stick to the lube. I would try some dry graphite powder used for locks. My 4400 has grease fittings for the rails under the side covers. They recommended Mobilith grease.

Sheet metal handling and table loading cart

I came up with this cart to make it easy to load and unload 4x4 sheets onto my 4400 by myself It works great, easy to tilt and move around. Good for removing a sheet until there are too many holes cut out. I made most of it with my scrap pile which dictated the size . 1 1/2, 1 1/4 and 1" x 1/16...

    Woodworking Vise

I would use all steel. Buy angle iron instead of building a home made brake.

    Accumove controller noise

Thanks for the info. I guess I better get to work on mine. Did you need to remove the controller from the table or were you able to open it up in place?

    Accumove controller noise

I still have the same noise at start up. Sounds normal after 30 seconds or so. Support was no help at all. If it gets worse I guess I'll try again.

    Accumove controller noise

Hello I have a Torchmate 4400 that is making a growling noise when starting up the first time of the day. It sounds like a cooling fan going out. The sound stops and the controller seems normal after about 20 to 30 seconds. The sound returns the next day or later. Has anyone had a similar issue...

what is this crimper used for

It looks like it is for either LMR-400 or RG 8U communication cable crimp on connectors.

    DeWalt Metal Saw Base

Great idea mounting the saw on the turntable. You could sell that in a DIY kit. Thanks
