    I am going to be Cutting mirror brush finish stainless steel with plastic coating I have heard I need to spray Nitrogen at the plasma torch head?? Has any one done this? and at what pressure, and does it make a clean unburnt finish.

    cant remember the font, i did change it a bit to make it look more like four. It started as standard ss and i used flap disks, started with 40 finished with 120 but i think i am going to start using 304 #4 stainless so it starts out bushed polish, less work

    I mixed 30% muratic acid with water, sprayed the whole bench. After about 1/2 hour i sprayed it with hydrogen peroxide. let it dry for a day washed it off and clear coated it.
