TORCH NOT PLUMB

After looking at lifter station today I noticed that the torch is not plumb.The lifter station is plumb and square. How do i adjust the breakaway to make it plumb. See attached file for pic. 4x4 gs accumomove controller torch breakaway

The aluminum block that the torch slides down through these are usually held on by a single bolt, pull the breakaway off and check to see how this block is bolted to the metal disk, there may be some adjustment there.
