Torch not coming down -Unable to cut -New machine

We are about to run the programme. But the torch doesn’t come down just the programme run well above the plate zero.

can you kindly advise how do we make torch height settings. Initial Torch height set up??

Its new machine we are setting up.

In your Height Control settings turn AVHC to Auto and set Sample Voltage to On. Also ensure that IHS is On also known as Ohmic is On.
