I am using a TM 4800 table with a Flexcut 80. Have been using it for a year now. For some reason, I'm having a problem cutting 1/4" HR plate today. Machine pierces and then does not move. Torch fires for about 10 seconds and then stops. 60amp ; 131 ArcVoltage; 70ipm. Cut is fine once it gets going. Any ideas? I've called tech support, but have been waiting for over 4 hours with no return call. Thanks in advance. Pete

Check your input cable, of the 4 round cables it will be the one in the lower left, may have worked a bit loose.

Thank you for the reply. I actually spoke with TM support and he uploaded a new configuration. Problem solved. Seems my machine needed an update from the original configuration.

Is there a link to the new configuration you had uploaded? Or a way to update the software manually from within the program. We are having this issue on a brand new 4800 table with a FC125.

Thank you in advance for your time!

2nd post from the top did you try this first, this is our input for the ok to move signal from the plasma cutter, also obviously plasma ground cable is connected to the material.
