THC lifter?

I want to build a torch height control and wondering what the lead screw pitch should be? Anyone know what is a good pitch. I will be using a Smart Motor SM2315D-BRKETH http://www.ebay.ca/itm/192462069818

The Lead screw is 10 tpi and 3/8" should anyone else need this info.
