Table "Jamming"

We purchased our table 5 months ago as a "Ready Pak", Have not had much issues except for recently when we run our programs mainly in the bottom left corner and every so often the table will jam in the middle of the cut and stop. after trying to restart the machine, it gives me an "invalid feed rate" error. after getting frustrated to start it again, I just start the whole drawing over, but when it goes to cut again it is 2-3 inches south of where it should be. Any help out there? BTW we have a 4x4 Table with Accumove 2

In most cases this is going to be a mechanical issue from the table needing to be squared to the gantry being readjusted, sometimes just a small set screw adjustment will fix this.

You will need to check the alignment, jog the gantry to the end of the table to check hole alignment (holes dead center) and the spacing between the rails (no gap and no interference when slide gantry on and off the brackets), do the same for the other end of the table. See pic below as example.

John, another thing to check for is any debris on the guides or screws. All it takes is a small piece of slag, debris, or foreign material on one of the guides or screws and the rollers of the gantry can bind or catch on them and cause the machine to jam. I've experienced this a few times when cutting thicker material and a bit of slag from the initial pierce cut gets inadvertently sprayed onto one of the guide surfaces and caused havoc during the cut process.

I just finished fighting this issue on my machine. In my case, gantry was OK in the middle of the travel - at both ends, it would bind.

In this post, when I say 'bracket' I mean the traveling L bracket that mounts to the spring nut on the lead screws.

Tech Support said there should be ~1/8 in space between gantry and brackets. Mine was ~1/4 in.

I think there are two ways to get the gap smaller:
1. Loosen the spacers that hold the rails apart & spread the rails.
2. Put spacers between gantry and brackets.

I did #2. Set the spacing to "just touching the gantry" & all is OK.
Interestingly, the brackets were not parallel to the gantry so spacers under each bolt were different.
I did have to use longer screws than the button head screws that are stock.
