SIGMANEST TO BURNY- NESTING ERROR

Hi When I am trying to import nesting which is made form sigmaNEST to burny kaliburn in the machine . it shows holes sizes too big. please find the attached images and guide me to fix this issue .

I have an another issue this morning,

when i purge it . It sas coolant flow is low. how do i fix this.my coolant tank is also full.
