I have a growth 4x4 and having problems getting the hole size correct. I used the shape library and cut out a simple square with a hole and got the kerf correct. I put my dxf into cad, programed the tool paths and tried to cut it with the settings I figured out but it still cuts it undersized. I can change the kerf in the tool library to anything and it still cuts it the same size. Just waiting for a call back from tech support and wanted to try here.

In TM Cad you can see the results of the kerf offset when you make the tool path, there is your first visual verification. When you bring the file into the driver software you should notice that the cut starts on a leadin, this would be your second visual verification as well as the part being displayed on the screen where you can zoom into the part to see what is there.

So changing the kerf on the vmd side of things doesn't really change the size?
